I am pleased with the service provided by Fifth Avenue Auto Haus beginning with the booking conversation when I called in to inquire about the regularly scheduled maintenance program and when I inquired about a serving issue I had been asked to have done at another dealership (the pricing was a lot less at your shop). I also received excellent service when I arrived to drop off the car. My Advisor was pleasant and very thorough. The service itself was done quickly and came in under the estimated cost. The items I specifically asked about were dealt with. The shuttle service was also excellent with the shuttle leaving as soon as my car was booked in and the pick up was scheduled to accommodate me. Thank you, I will be coming back for the next service on my Tiguan.

I purchased a 2011 Jetta last year primarily as a commuting vehicle but was so impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the service at this dealership I found it was becoming my primary vehicle I was driving.I came back and traded in on the new Passat TDI which is now my primary vehicle. I also want to mention the service department. The experience for my annual service was extraordinary especially when I compared it to the service at my GM dealer for similar services on my GM products. The staff at 5th Avenue are exceptional, professional, friendly and helpful right from the reception to the sales manager. I expect i will have a long relationship with this dealer. Frankly the service at fifth avenue auto
has consistently outperformed my experiences at both BMW and Acura in the NW
here. Not to mention that the service rates more affordable. Tough to complain
about that!

As usual, the service Advisor and the service were exceptional. I drive over 90 minutes to get my car serviced at Fifth Avenue even though there are a couple of Volkswagen dealerships that are closer and the reason is your high level of service. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to e-mail you to let you know what a GREAT service team you have!! I'm sure you hear this often, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the service I receive every time I come. Your Advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and always keep me in the loop with what's going on with my car. Booking service appointments through Kirk is quick, easy and he is very punctual with returning calls! All of the three shuttle drives I have delt with are lovely to talk to and very flexible with drop-off and pick-ups. Being a young girl, in the past people have treat me like I'm stupid when it comes to my car, have not taken my car issues seriously or given me very poor service. But because of the outstanding service and great experience provided by your dealership every time, I drive from the far Northwest of Calgary to deal with your team!
